Public offer

The seller is PlusPoint (the “Seller”, “we”). How to reach the seller is in section 14.

The customer is any person who accepts this offer (the “User”, “you”). This document is a public offer within the meaning of the applicable civil law.

• Platform: the website pluspointprep.com and everything available through it, including the question bank, the AI tutor, lessons, timed tests, flashcards and analytics.
• Account: your personal access to the Platform, created by signing in with Google or issued by your school.
• Plan: the level of access you have (Free, or Pro paid monthly or yearly), described in section 4.
• Access period: the time a paid Plan lasts, counted from the moment your payment is confirmed (or, if you renew early, from the end of your current access period).

We give you online access to the Platform for preparing for the SAT. It is an information and practice service: we do not sit the test for you and we cannot guarantee any particular score or university admission, except as described in our score guarantee.

SAT® is a trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with us and does not endorse the Platform. Official test registration and score reports are handled by the College Board, not by us.

• Free, 0 KGS: 10 practice questions in every skill and 30 questions to the AI tutor, with no time limit.
• Pro, paid monthly: 2,900 KGS for one month of full access.
• Pro, paid yearly: 11,880 KGS, paid once, for twelve months of full access (the same as 990 KGS a month). Only this plan is covered by the score guarantee.

Prices are in KGS (Kyrgyz som). The price shown on the site at the moment you pay is the price you pay; a later change of price does not affect an access period you have already paid for. Paid plans are never renewed automatically: when an access period ends, your account returns to the Free plan until you choose to pay again.

Schools buy licenses for their students under a separate agreement. This offer covers individual customers.

If you are 18 or older, you accept this offer yourself. If the student is under 18, the offer is accepted by the parent or legal guardian who pays for the plan, or the student pays with their permission. Either way, the student may use the account as described here.

You pay on the payment page of our licensed payment provider by scanning a QR code with your banking app. Your bank and card details go directly to that provider; we never see or store them.

Payment counts as made when the payment provider confirms it. Full access opens on your account as soon as we receive that confirmation, and the access period starts at that moment. If you pay again while a paid plan is still running, the new access period starts when the current one ends, so no time is lost. If access has not opened within one working day of paying, write to pluspointprep@gmail.com.

Payments are not refundable, with two exceptions: the score guarantee on Pro paid yearly, and payment errors such as being charged twice. Both are described in full in our refund policy, which is part of this agreement.

• Your account is for one person. Do not share your login or let someone else study on it.
• Keep your password and your Google account secure; activity on your account is treated as yours.
• Give us accurate information when you contact us about payments or the score guarantee.

• Copy, download in bulk, publish, sell or share questions, explanations, lessons or other content from the Platform.
• Use programs or scripts to collect content or to use the Platform automatically.
• Try to get around the Free plan limits, interfere with the Platform, or access other people’s data.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account. If the breach is serious, such as reselling our content, this happens without a refund.

• To give you the access your plan includes for the whole access period.
• To answer emails to pluspointprep@gmail.com within three working days.
• To keep the Platform working. Short interruptions for maintenance or repairs can happen; if the Platform is unavailable for more than three days in a row through our fault, we extend your access period by the time lost.

We may improve, change or replace questions, lessons and features over time, as long as your plan keeps the kind of access described in section 4.

The Platform’s design, software, explanations, lessons and other materials belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Paying for a plan gives you a personal right to use them for your own preparation during the access period. It does not transfer ownership.

We provide the Platform as it is. Your SAT result depends on many things outside our control, including how much you practice and the test itself, so apart from the score guarantee we are not responsible for any particular result. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current access period.

Neither side is responsible for failing to meet this agreement because of events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wide internet or power outages, or actions of the authorities.

Your personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

If something goes wrong, write to pluspointprep@gmail.com first. We reply to a written complaint within ten working days. If we cannot settle it between us, the dispute is decided by the competent court under the applicable law.

We may update this offer. The new version is published on this page with a new date and applies from then on; an access period you have already paid for keeps the terms that applied when you paid.
