You bought Pro, paid yearly
The guarantee covers the Pro plan paid yearly (11,880 KGS for twelve months). Pro paid monthly and the free plan are not covered, because a month is not long enough for us to make a difference.

You have an official score to start from
You took an official SAT before buying the yearly plan. That score is the one we measure against. A practice test or an estimate from inside PlusPoint cannot be used.

You sat the official test again during your year
The second test has to fall inside your twelve months of access, so that everything you did with us is between the two results.

You reached "Mastered" level in every skill
All 29 skills must be at the "Mastered" level of the course. (The course has 5 levels for each skill, which are: "Beginner", "Developing", "Proficient", "Advanced" and "Mastered".)

You send us both official score reports
Email us both of your results (the beginning and the one you took after the course) within 60 days of the second test, and if we confirm, you will receive full refund. Your access to the course ends when the refund is paid.
Official score reports are issued by the College Board; we only read the totals you send us. This guarantee is the only refund we offer apart from payment mistakes; see the refund policy.
